Return & Exchange Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were received, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with the return process.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@urban-flex.com to initiate your return or exchange. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value to ensure your return reaches us.
  4. Processing the Return or Exchange: After we receive the returned item, we will process your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll send you the new item at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

Refunds:
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is due to an error on our part.

Final Sale Items:
Some items, such as sale or clearance merchandise, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Exchanges for Size or Style:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures that your exchange is processed quickly while stock is available.
